The object of the audit concerns the organisational analysis and operational processes of all resources dedicated to meet the requirements of the product field chosen by managing members. It can apply to an entire organisation or may be specific to a function,
process or production step. This tool can be targeted towards several situations: process reingeneering, evaluation, pre-certification, or follow-up of the internal and/or contractual improvements.
Environmental management audit system (ISO 14001 standards)
Identify areas where our customers can minimize harmful effects on the environment caused by product activities that need improvement, as well as practical steps to ensure future compliance.
Evaluate the level of control established by firms to prevent environmental risk impact.
This tool can targeted towards several situations: environmental evaluation, pre-certification, diagnosis to undertake ISO 14000 project, or follow-up of the internal control improvements.
Food Safety Management (ISO 22000 and/or Food Safety (HACCP))Audit Systems
Presently, the Food Safety Management Audit Systems is applicable and realizable by our company as “second party” but not certifiable.
We currently provide HACCP audit system within the audits framework of a Quality certification ISO 9001 projects.
HCCP audit system can be managed separatly to comply with the Food Safety Standards projects, according to organisational and operational processes, including technics and documents assessment based on Codex Alimentarius Principles.
Quality management Audit system (ISO 9001) linked with the Open System Information Audit (in partnership) "ISO-OSI Management"
These tools are in use when initialising the open system information.
We are linked with managing staff who care about saving their processes and human resources before implementing a new OSI launching system that may require a huge investment, time and often down-sizing.
On the other hand, this process takes place to identify what kind of open system information is needed in order to preserve the core of the architectural and technical organisation without completely rethinking the business model.
ISO-OSI audits are carried out in partnership with the software firms using an audit guideline model in each field.
Orga-Naqsis guidline tools comply with regulatory Audit systems ISO 19011 requirements and SI standards under Orga-Naqsis/SCSC* partnership.
Our audits involve two types of requests:
- Audits with Project links, which include processes evaluation in our related field of expertise, and/or pre-certification assessment. This group of audits may include within a privileged contractual framework any internal audit project of annual outsourcing.
- Organisational audits related to specific needs.
