- Locate the context of developments in the light of expectations translated on the ground by implementing ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System.
- Identify and explain in practical way some developments or changes which may lead to adjustments in the new ISO 9001-2008 version.
- Providing clarifications to attendee's request in implementating ISO 9001-2000 require-

ments in continuity with 2008 upgraded ver-sion.
 Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the quality management system ISO 9001-2000 is required.
 Participants
Executives and managers responsible for, or involved in, implementing QMS ISO 9001 in order to be certified or keeping the certification updated.

 Content management
We have shaped out the present course in ten main couples of "question & answer" in order to meet the attendee's expectations.
- Some questions (1, 2, 10) are open and taken in a dynamic educational framework through different exchanges with auditors based upon their own QMS implementation experiences.
- Questions (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) are this course basic foundamentals. They provide a necessary clarification on how to upgrade the previous QMS.
- The (8.9) remaining questions are additional.

1 - Before proceeding to this transition, did my company really integrate the ISO 9001-2000 version ?
2 - What kind of problems has my compagny encountered when implementing QMS ISO 9001-2000 ?
3 - Does ISO 9001-2008 provide answers to these issues ?
4 - Are there changes that could affect some requirement refering to objectives that have already been achieved ?
5 - What notes, clauses and/or paragraphs are concerned when updating ISO 9001-2000 ?
6 - What kind of interpretation is to be given

to some restatements and in wich way could this change affect the previous imple-mentations ?
7 - What approach has to be undertaken to ensure the update (resources, actions, deadline to apply….) refering to the reported changes if required ?
8 - Does my company need to submit its QMS (or other integrated system) to a specific re-evaluation in order to be in conformity with the new version ?
9 - Will these adjustments imply changes in my audit system(s), if so which ones and will I remain in line with the ISO 19011 standard recommendations ?
