Learning Outcomes

  - Understand   the  global   standard requirements and related regulation in order to implement a management quality system.


  - Interpretation  within the   company framework and its specificity within the industry sector- the requirements that must be undertaken to distinguish required practices from superfluous practices.


  - Understand the gatewaybetween field regulations and the ISO standard requirements to be implemented.

 

 

 - Determine   the method  that  should be adopted to build up an efficient quality system based on the existing one.

Prerequisites


For beginners: preliminary knowledge of the work processes of an organisation, obtained from one or more practical training courses.

Executives and managers responsible for, or involved in, implementing QMS ISO 9001 in order to be certified or keeping it up to date.

Introduction


Historical summary of ISO 9000 standards evolution and their spreading in all business sectors and countries.


Recollection of existing ISO 9000 standards and standard requirement interpretation and implementation


Standard requirement analysis and

   implementation


Paragraph analysis and interpretation switching from standard modelling to operational and/or organisational processes.


Description of the tight links between the real processes and their formalisation as regards production of goods and/or services.


Steps required to build an efficient quality system.

    Purchase,

    Customers relationship agreement,

National Standards Use


Identification of the national standard quality tools that can be used to achieve quality based on the ISO 9001 standard requirements.

Organisation of Sessions


This Training program is currently provided inhouse or in our training centre, upon request.

The duration of the training is 3 days. Training is organised in six sessions

(3,30 h each). Session schedule can be tailored according to organisational needs.


Teaching Method


Adjustment from ISO Standard requirement theory to practical situations closely related to applicants' expectations.


Training material and exercises are delivered to each participant.
