Learning Outcomes


  - Provide principal decision makers with the elements involved in a quality project and its implications.


  -  Offer a tool for the evaluation of the policy applied by the company in order to transition to a levelling project or to defer it if need be.


  - Eliminate  all apprehension without hiding the obligations involved for a successful project. A clear perception and an honest investment characterise the project's success.


  - Establish   a   confidential     atmosphere, internally or externally, in mutual agreement in order to guarantee the completion of the project within the given time.

 

                                                 

  - Offer the associated evaluation indicators before decisions are made.

Experience in supervising teams and managing departments, projects, or companies.

      the management, associated with the

      cause/effect relationship.


Evaluation tools before the approach

    The social-economic environment and its

      constraints (clients/providers).

    The level of implementation of

      regulations and of the sector standards.

    Status of technological requirements for

      levelling and/or integration (SI*).

    The company intangible capital

       assessment :

            *human resources

            *data related to know-how and skills

            *customer loyalty through employee

    Knowledge and degree of process

      management with regard to the ISO

      standard and the above-mentioned

      points.


Which level to choose to be ISO compliant

    Prerequisites of ISO Which quality policy

      to outline, define, and apply

    How to delegate, to whom to delegate,

      and what to delegate

    How to evaluate the relevance of the

      policy to deploy.

    Summarisation of investments tabulated

      by duration, cost, and resources needed

Organisation of Sessions


This Training program is currently provided inhouse or in our training centre, upon request.
The duration of the training is 1 day. Training is organised in two sessions (3,30 h each).


Teaching Method


Alternating between reporting the standard model requirements and practical application which is closely related to the operational practices of the audience.


Training material and examples are delivered to each participant.
